Section 1: Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Haven, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Haven.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Redrixx ("we," "us," or "our"), the company behind Haven. Redrixx is based in New Hampshire, USA.
Section 2: Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Haven. By using Haven, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Haven is not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account immediately.
Section 3: Your Account
3.1 Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a username to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at legal@redrixx.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Account Integrity
You may not create multiple accounts to evade a ban or other enforcement action. Ban evasion is a violation of these Terms and may result in a permanent platform ban.
You may not impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Section 4: Acceptable Use
4.1 You agree NOT to use Haven to:
- Post, share, or transmit any content that is illegal under applicable law
- Upload, share, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement immediately
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Spam or flood channels with repetitive or unsolicited content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Haven systems or other users accounts
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise collect data from Haven without authorization
- Use Haven to facilitate illegal activity of any kind
- Impersonate Haven staff or Redrixx
4.2 Content Standards
You are solely responsible for the content you post on Haven. While Haven does not pre-screen content, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Section 5: Moderation and Enforcement
5.1 Server-Level Moderation
Each Haven server is managed by its owner and designated moderators. Server owners may establish additional rules for their community, provided those rules do not conflict with or supersede Haven Terms of Service or platform-wide policies. Haven Terms of Service take precedence over any server-level rules in all cases. Haven is not responsible for the moderation decisions of individual server owners, but reserves the right to take platform-level action in any server where violations of these Terms occur.
5.2 Platform-Level Enforcement
Redrixx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms, behavior we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users, or at our sole discretion. Enforcement decisions made by Haven staff are final. We are not obligated to provide a reason for account termination.
5.3 Reporting
You can report content or users that you believe violate these Terms using Haven built-in reporting tools. Reports directed to Haven Moderation Staff will be reviewed by our team. We take all reports seriously but cannot guarantee a specific response time or outcome.
Section 6: CSAM Reporting Obligation
Haven takes child safety extremely seriously. Any content that sexually exploits minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 2256.
If Haven staff becomes aware of any apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the platform, we are legally required to report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline and to preserve all relevant evidence pending law enforcement instructions.
If you encounter CSAM on Haven, report it immediately using our reporting tools. Do not download, share, or redistribute such material.
Section 7: Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on Haven. By posting content, you grant Redrixx a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the platform. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
7.2 Haven Intellectual Property
Haven and all associated software, branding, and technology are owned by Redrixx and protected under the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL-1.1). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Haven software without explicit written permission from Redrixx.

Section 8: Privacy
Your use of Haven is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Haven, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Section 9: Early Access
Haven is currently in early access. This means the platform is still under active development. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable. We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or feature availability during this period.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but reserve the right to modify or discontinue Haven at any time.
Section 10: Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
HAVEN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. REDRIXX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT HAVEN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDRIXX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF HAVEN OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS HAVEN.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF HAVEN SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
Section 11: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redrixx, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Haven, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Section 12: Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Haven shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Hampshire, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or other urgent matters.
Section 13: Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you within Haven and require you to acknowledge the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform. Your continued use after acknowledging updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
The current version of these Terms is always available at redrixx.com/terms.
Section 14: Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is immediate and permanent. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is retained after deletion.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
